Administrative Assistant (part time 20 hours)

We are looking to recruit a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist in ensuring the general administrative work of the Trust is performed effectively and efficiently.

20 hours per week (Monday-Thursday) £8.50 per hour

The role includes a wide range of office duties including dealing with and monitoring incoming emails, handling leaflet orders, dealing with event material requests and updating and monitoring the Trust’s database. The role will initially be based in Ringwood for the first year and may be relocated to the Bournemouth area early 2016.

The successful candidate will be well organised, have good communication skills, be friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable. Previous office experience is desirable and experience of database usage would be an advantage.
