Alcohol
A quarter of us drink at levels that could put our health at risk
Regularly drinking more than the recommended amount over a long period can damage your liver. This can lead to alcoholic liver disease (ALD) and liver cancer.
Give your liver two days in a row without alcohol every week to reduce the impact that alcohol can have on your liver and break the habit of drinking every day.
“ Everyone should have at least two alcohol-free days a week.”
