Learning that you have liver disease can be an alarming experience. It can often mean facing a reduction in your quality of life and even your life expectancy. Our Helpline receives many calls each year. We respond to all enquiries from patients, their family, friends, health professionals, and voluntary and statutory organisations.

Our Patient Enquiry Officer, Sarah Tattersall. She is trained to deal with all general enquiries related to liver disease.
More unusual queries are referred to our volunteer Medical Director, Dr Paul Smith whose profile can be found in the Medical Advisory Committee page.
