These are just some of the things that you can do to help people with liver disease. We work with Charity Challenge to ensure that you have the adventure of a lifetime and help people with liver disease. Everything will be organised for you. All you have to do is pay a deposit and raise the minimum amount of sponsorship required.

    Family Challenges
You can now take part in many of these adventures with your family. A series of itineraries for families with children aged 12 and over are now available. Groups are made up with like-minded adventurous families and all are run during the school holidays, geared for those with children and designed to meet their needs. This is a powerful and moving experience you can share with your family.

For an example of an expedition from Charity Challenge see Shaun and Carrie McKenna's experience.
