Berkshire HealthMakers aim to help people better manage their long term health condition and improve quality of life through their six week self-management courses which run throughout the year. Courses are available to anyone living with a long term health condition in East Berkshire (Ascot, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Sandhurst, Slough and Windsor) area.

NEW liver support group for anyone affected by or caring for someone with a liver condition. Meetings take place on 1st Friday of each month from 5pm to 7pm in the community room of Caerphilly Fire Station, CF83 3HL.
