Thanks to supporters like you we have been helping people with liver disease for over 25 years. There are many ways to get involved, including fundraising, telling people about our work, or volunteering. Below are just some of the ways you can help. If you have an idea to discuss, call us on 01425 481320 or email email@example.com – we’d love to hear from you.
We have to raise over £500,000 a year to keep campaigning and supporting patients. With no funding from central Government, every single fundraiser makes a huge difference to our work.
Fundraising doesn’t have to be difficult or complicated, just think of something you enjoy doing and see if you can turn it into an event. Or how about taking part in a run or challenge here in the UK or overseas? There are hundreds of ways to raise money and have fun at the same time.
Share your story
Would you share your experience of liver disease to help others? Real stories help to raise awareness in the media or online, especially for Love Your Liver. If you’d like to share your story do get in touch. And please be assured, we won’t ever share your details with anyone without your permission.
Volunteer your time
There are many ways to volunteer for us.
Come in and see us! If you live locally to the office and have some spare time we’d love to have your help in our fundraising or patient information departments. Click here to find out more.
Review our health information. All of our health information is reviewed by people with experience of liver disease to make sure it is clear, understandable and relevant to patients.
Support groups. If you are or have been affected by liver disease perhaps you could help with a support group , or consider setting one up if there isn’t one in your area. Email us for more information.
Tell people about our work. We can provide you with leaflets, Love Your Liver ribbons and a liver health DVD for you to hold a talk or event in your community or workplace.
